BUISCUITS FILLED WITH NUTELLA

INGREDIENTS


FOR ABOUT 30 COOKIES


  • 400g Flour

  • 200g Butter

  • 200g Sugar

  • 2 Egg yolks

  • 50ml Milk

  • 1/2 Grated Lemon peel

  • Salt a pinch

  • Nutella to taste

HOW TO MAKE


Mix the lemon peel with the sugar. Sift the flour 2 times. Combine the butter and eggs with the sifted flour. When the dough begins to form, add the sugar and a pinch of salt.


When the sugar is almost completely mixed, add the milk and continue to knead until the dough is smooth and uniform.


Wrap with cling film and leave to rest in the fridge at least 15 minutes before use. After 15 min. roll out the shortcrust pastry and cut out with a pastry bowl or glass as many circles for as many biscuits as you want.


In each disc, place a teaspoon of Nutella and fold it back on itself forming crescents.

Bake at 160 ° C in a preheated oven for about 15min.

After 15 min. take out of the oven and leave to cool to room temperature.
