STUFFED EGGS ("Ale" Recipe)


  • 4 Eggs

  • 100g Tuna

  • 8 Black Olives

  • 2 Spoons full of Mayonaise

  • Parsley

  • salt / pepper to taste



Cook the eggs for about 8min. in boiling water, and then peel them. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolk. Set aside the eggs without the yolk.

In a container put the cooked egg yolks, the mayonnaise, the olives, the parsley trimmed and season with salt and pepper. After having blended well you will have obtained a smooth and uniform mixture.

Put it in a pipe-in bag and fill the eggs set aside earlier. Decorate the dish using your own fantasies and serve. To be served cold.
