FOR THE DOUGH
Put the flour on a bench and make a hole in the middle. Put the whole egg in the middle. Start to whisk the egg and the flour using a fork. Slowly mix all together with the same spin.
When the dough is made, stretch it with your hand. When it will be a small ball smoothie and uniform wrap it in a cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 10 min. After 10 min the dough is ready.
On a bench, stretch the pasta dough with a rolling pin and make your favorite pasta shape you wish. Cook it in boiling water in 3 or 4 min.
