2. Purchases & Payments

  • All payments must be made in GBP.

  • Orders are processed only after payment is received.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Please review your order details carefully.

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable alternative or refund.

3. Refunds & Cancellations​

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • If you receive a wrong order, or you place an order with wrong incorrect day or time, you are eligible for a refund. Refund processing may take between 1 and 5 working days, depending on your bank.for digital products or downloadable content.

4. Loyalty Program

  • Points are earned for eligible purchases and sign-ups.

  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
