This website is owned and operated by Giuseppe Mottola. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Homemade products, cooked, stored and wrapped in a home kitchen. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Who can use our website; what are the requirements to create an account:
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least [add number] years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
For shipping we use a standard shipping service, which takes 2-3 days. We generally find the orders reach our customers with 24 hours from ordering. However you can pick a specific time or day of delivery with us just sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
In the case of private catering with agreements by private messages or email, deliveries will be made no earlier than 3 working days from the moment of confirmation.
This is because as a small home business we have limited time for all operations.
We have e a flat rate shipping fee of £2.00. IF THE DELIVERY IS IN DUXFORD THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE TIME OF PREPARATION OF THE ORDER ITSELF, THIS TRANSACTION MAY TAKE BETWEEN 3 / 5 WORKING DAYS OR LESS, THIS WILL DEPEND ON YOUR BANK . We Provide deliver service in duxford and surranding areas (up to 20km radius). We do offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over £99.99.If for any reason we encounter any issues with your order we will contact you immediately to avoid any delays.
Unfortunately we don’t offer international shipping yet but we are working on it!
Our Returns Policy:
We unfortunately don’t accept returns of products which have arrived to you in a good condition where the product is still safe to use/ consume. On the rare occasion that an item has been shipped to you and is damaged or broken in a way that means you cannot safely consume or use the item we will offer a full refund providing we approve.
Our policy to receive a full refund is that you must notify us within 24 hours of you receiving your order, in the form of proof of purchase and photographic proof the item has been damaged with its original packaging being in the photo as well, and sending this to email@example.com
We will not issue you with a refund if you contact us outside the 24 hour deadline period or the two forms of proof aren’t presented.Once your proofs have been received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved we will process your refund to you using the original payment method we will not send a refund any other way.
Please give time for the refund to be processed by the banks as it depends how quickly they process the refund. If you have not received your refund first please contact your bank as there are often some processing times before the refund is posted in you account. If you’ve done this and still no refund can be found please contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org
In any case our goal is our customer's satisfaction; this means that you can contact us if you are not happy with the product you buy and we can find a solution thath make both sides happy.
