We also offer private event catering, bringing our delicious pizza directly to your special occasions. Our Story

Our journey began in the heart of our home kitchen, where we lovingly prepared Italian dishes for friends and family. What started as a small, homemade catering venture quickly grew into a passion for sharing authentic flavors and creating memorable experiences through food.

After several years of hard work and dedication, we faced a setback when a collaboration with a local pub didn’t go as planned. But instead of giving up, we used this challenge as an opportunity to reinvent ourselves. Driven by our love for pizza and the desire to bring genuine Italian taste to our community, we decided to launch our own pizzeria.

Today, our pizza trailer is the culmination of years of effort, perseverance, and a deep passion for crafting delicious, Neapolitan-style pizzas. We’re excited to share our story and our food with you, and look forward to being a part of your special moments.

Marinara Pizza

Neapolitan pizza, or "pizza Napoletana," is globally renowned for its rich history, simple ingredients, and unforgettable taste. Born out of the vibrant city of Naples in Italy, this ancient dish has risen to become a symbol of Italian culinary excellence. Prepared with love and affection, Neapolitan pizza is the epitome of freshness, texture, and taste.

Why is Neapolitan pizza special? Essentially, it possesses a soft, chewy crust with a subtle char topped with premium ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala straight from the creamery, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, and a drizzle of sea salt. The dough is prepared through a rigorous process, typically extended by hand, and baked in a wood-fired oven at extremely high temperatures (around 900°F or 485°C), which imparts its distinctive char and light texture. The result is a crispy on the outside, tender on the inside pizza that is light but full-flavored.

Among the most famous of the Neapolitan pizzas is the "Margherita," named for Queen Margherita of Savoy. Its hues—red of tomatoes, white of mozzarella, green of basil—are an echo of the Italian flag. The "Marinara" is another specialty, served with garlic, oregano, and tomato sauce, highlighting the fresh simplicity of Neapolitan cooking. More recently, new techniques like the "biga" process have revolutionized the art of pizza making. Biga is a type of pre-ferment used to increase fermentation in dough, producing a more fragrant, lighter, and better digested crust. It achieves this through the fermentation of a portion of the dough over a few hours or even days, producing deep flavors and improved texture.
