Spaghetti Tuna n' Onion


We slice the onions very finely.


  • 3 red onions

  • 200g Tuna

  • 4 capers

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Olive oil

  • Origan

  • salt

  • Pepper

  • 150g Spaghetti

In a pan, add the oil and a clove of garlic, when the garlic is cooked, remove it from the oil

and add the sliced ​​onions to the hot oil.

After about 15 minutes of very slow cooking, add the capers and let them cook for about 5 minutes.

Now add the tuna and let it cook.

When the tuna is cooked, turn off the heat and add salt and pepper to taste.

In the meantime, add some water and a handful of salt to cook the pasta in a saucepan.

When the water starts to boil, cook the pasta in it following the cooking times specified by the manufacturer.

When the pasta is ready, drain the cooking water and mix it in the pan with the prepared tuna sauce.
