Steps
Before starting we proceed to the preparation of the ingredients, in this case we are going to chop the carrots, celery, onion and then the potatoes which will be cut into larger pieces.
Ingredients
Olive oil EVO
200g pasta
400g potatoes
1 carrot
1 white onion
3 or 4 cherry tomatoes
1 celery stick Salt and pepper
In a pot with a little oil, let's fry the vegetables.
as soon as they are ready, add the cherry tomatoes and let them cook until they are soft and easy to mash.
When the cherry tomatoes are also ready, add them to the potatoes and leave them to brown until they have obtained a nice colour, typical of browning.
We add water until it completely covers the potatoes and let it cook.
When the potatoes are cooked enough to almost crush them, add the pasta and let it cook.
When the pasta is cooked, start plating.
a drizzle of raw olive oil and serve.
