Potato soup with  paprika and turmeric


In a pan put all the ingredients but turmeric and nutmeg, than cover with water.
Bring to boil and when the potatoes are very well cooked blend it all until will be a smooth and uniform consistence.
Add the turmeric, the nutmeg and taste it adjusting with salt and pepper as you prefer.
Plate it and add the bread croutons, olive oil, paprika and parsley as you love it.


  • 4 Peeled Potatoes

  • Half garlic clove

  • 3 small onions

  • 1 Carrot

  • 1 Tea spoon of Chives

  • 1 Celery stick

  • 2 Cherry tomatoes cut in half

  • Half teaspoon of turmeric

  • Half teaspoon of nutmeg

  • Salt and pepper

  • Bread croutons, Paprika, parsley and olive oil to garnish
